Westmoreland Milk Glass Old Quilt 3 Part Divided Relish Dish Bowl 9"

Beautiful Westmoreland milk glass divided relish tray/dish/bowl in the old quilt pattern.
I have carefully examined this piece by sight and touch.  I didn't detect any chips.  On the bottom there is a "curious" looking line.  I have taken close-up photos of the area.  At first I thought there might be a hairline crack that is on the base and continuing onto the pedestal portion of the dish too.  But I'm not convinced that it is a crack.  It looks like a factory mark--in fact, it looks like something is in the glass itself.  This area is smooth to the touch.  I don't feel anything that would make me think it is a hairline.  I held the dish up in the sunlight to see if I could see the line on the inside of the dish--I could not.
