    80s era PERRY ELLIS Portfolio skirt with a whimsical deco inspired shadowed circle print. Tea length with knife pleating for a flattering silhouette - side zip closure with an oversized abalone button. The fabric tag reads 'imported fabric' - feels like a high quality rayon with a soft almost satin backing, nice weight with good drape.
