Vintage 1989 L.A. GEAR Jean Skirt
If you know, you know this was a very popular brand in the late 80s and 90s -- think, Heather Locklear.  This jean skirt still has tags attached, with a cute L.A. Gear high top sneaker keychain and sticker.  This has been in storage so there is some discoloration here and there that I believe is just from age and loneliness.  They are
along the edges and side hem/pockets,
I am sure it can be washed out, but can't guarantee (please see pictures)
