    Description

    Framed, official souvenir, contain silver medallions, and official expo postage stamps. There are four medallions minted in .999 silver, issued to commemorate Expo `86. The 1st medallion shows the BC Pavilion. The second, shows Expo Ernie, the official mascot of the expo. The third shows the theme of transportation using planes, boats, and trains. The fourth depicts Expo Center, the theme structure of the fair. The diameter of the medallions is 1-1/4". The frame is wood, and measures 14" X 11". It is in very good condition. The silver shows slight discoloration. There are also four official expo postage stamps from Canadian Post, which marks the official opening of Expo `86. This is a very rare item.
