Overall excellent antique condition with some minor wear: small tear in eyelet at bottom hem in back of skirt; couple of very faint small specks of discoloration that will never be seen; couple of missing finishing stitches on the border but not a split seam, does not go all the through; couple of very small frays below the button hole.
