This auction is for a 32 tooth CNC machined Bashring
.
This bashring is made from  6061-t6 aircraft aluminum and is made by
WCM
. This guard is .210 thick(5.33mm) This fits a 4 bolt crankarm with
104 BCD spacing and is meant to protect a 32 tooth chainring
. This spacing size is the large majority of what is sold today for mountain bikes, such as shimano, truvative, race face, fsa, bontrager and many many more.
We gave this guard a tooth design because we found it superior to to a smooth round ring. With a tooth type this will glide over an obstacle about as well as a round guard. But once you begin to pedal and are still on the obstacle the teeth help to dig in and propel you forward rather then just slide like a round one tends to do.  We also gave it a unique overlapping machine cut finish. We went with this finish because polished finishes are impossible to keep looking great, you can just touch them with your fingers and they scratch. Our finish is very durable in comparison and will be looking great for a long time to come. As you notice in the pics we also gave the teeth area a different finish for a very cool look. Oh, and did i mention it
only weighs 76 grams !!!
This chainguard is designed for crosscountry and enduro racers and can withstand light to moderate downhill riding. If youve got 8 inches of travel and use it all on a regular basis, then this bashguard is not for you.
