I believe this is vintage 90s & from Germany but can't confirm.
Gorgeous skirt ladies.
100% Baumwolle, pleated, midi length skirt.
Tagged Sz 38 which is a size US 10
Waist 27
Hips full - lots of pleats & room
Length 32.5
Fully lined, absolutely gorgeous. NEW - unworn condition. Button loop above zipper closure on center back of skirt.
Wide waist band & beautiful black double soutache design just above the hem.
The close-up design is just gorgeous.
Shades of hunter green pine green, toast, & black.
